Generator receipt
Initial visual inspection, photographic records and incoming traceability.
Industrial process
We formalise every operation to deliver traceability, technical rigour and a reliable response.

Stage 01
Initial visual inspection, photographic records and incoming traceability.
Checking the received assembly and identifying missing components.
Initial document recording the observed condition and component inventory.
Assessment of the service required to determine the repair scope.
Tests designed to identify the generator’s failure mode.
Controlled separation of the assembly’s components.
Preparing components for a proper assessment of insulation condition.
Monitored oven cycle to remove moisture and stabilise components.
Electrical and mechanical tests to define the work required.
Results, failure cause and recommendations for repair.
Detailed quotation based on the diagnosis.
Stage 02
Repair planning after quotation approval.
Winding removal and magnetic core testing under controlled conditions.
Obtaining the original data needed to reproduce the winding.
Thorough cleaning and monitored drying of all components.
Rebuilding stator or rotor windings to specification.
Mechanical securing of the rotor winding where required.
Vacuum impregnation with epoxy resin to improve strength and durability.
Controlled thermal cycle to cure the impregnation resin.
Dynamic balancing to tighter tolerances than those required by the standard.
Application of anti-flash coating to rotor and stator.
Complete generator reassembly and component adjustment.
Electrical and mechanical validation on the test bench.
Painting and external finishing of the repaired equipment.
Results, photographs and details of the work performed.
Preparation to customer and transport requirements.
